Our name - Heritage - is an allusion to the rich cultural and natural heritage of the region, which we want to protect and appreciate together with you.

Environmentally friendly on the go
Enjoy the relaxed journey by train with a breathtaking view, in just 3.5 hours from Vienna and 2 hours from Linz.
The apartments are so centrally located that you can easily walk to all attractions, bars and shops. There is a bicycle garage with an e-charging station for cyclists.

Antique flair & modern comfort
During the loving renovation of the historic villa, we worked together with local craft businesses in order to preserve the advantages of the early days and to preserve the old.
We took the time to furnish each of our 5 Heritage Boutique Apartments with handpicked individual pieces. The furniture has been restored and adapted to modern needs by our trusted local carpenter. This is how we preserve the historic flair and offer the most modern hotel standards for your well-being.

In the common room, the salon, you will find everything your heart desires. In addition to an open bookcase, you can take advantage of our range of travel guides and various everyday items during your stay - whether iron or umbrella, we are prepared for (almost) all eventualities.
