What is the Salzkammergut Mobility Voucher?
Salzkammergut Tourism and the State of Upper Austria are supporting guests who choose to leave their cars behind. Per stay, overnight guests receive a voucher worth €11.50, which can be redeemed for a public transport ticket in the wegfinder app.
This voucher is especially attractive when used for the Freizeit-Ticket OÖ (Leisure Ticket Upper Austria).
The Freizeit-Ticket OÖ at a glance:
Price: €26.50.
Validity: A day pass for all regional public transport in Upper Austria and the entire Salzkammergut region (Upper Austria + Salzburg).
Coverage: Valid for up to two adults and four children under 15 years old.

As the system is new and we do not yet have long-term experience with processing times, we recommend starting the process at least a few days before your arrival:
Confirm Your Stay: After booking or checking in, send proof of your stay (e.g., booking confirmation or registration form) to: mobilitaet@salzkammergut.at.
Download the App: Install the wegfinder app on your smartphone via www.wegfinder.at.
Receive Your Code: You will then receive your personal voucher code via email.
Redeem & Go: Enter the code during the checkout process when buying a ticket in the wegfinder app. The value will be automatically deducted.
